All submissions must be made only through the IJTE online portal. Submissions by email, post, or any other means will not be accepted.
Yes, authors must create an account on the portal to access the submission form, upload manuscripts, and track progress.
- Research Articles / Papers (4000–5000 words)
- Policy Papers (4000–5000 words)
- Reflections (1000 words)
- Book Reviews (500 words)
All submissions must be in English.
The Journal accepts manuscripts on a rolling basis throughout the year. Authors are welcome to submit at any time as the portal will remain live throughout the year. However, for inclusion in a particular issue, submissions must be received before the announced cut-off date and papers received after the cut-off will be considered for the subsequent issue.
The main text should not include your name, institution, email, phone number, or any other detail that identifies you. These must be provided only on the Title Page and in the submission form.
If the main text contains any author-identifying information, the manuscript will be rejected.
The main text should include: Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

- Times New Roman, 12-point font, double spacing
- One-inch margins on all sides
- Page numbers (bottom right) and a running title in the header
Yes, figures must have captions below; tables must have titles above. Both must be numbered consecutively and cited in the text.
No. IJTE does not charge authors any submission or publication fees.
Authors must certify that their submission is plagiarism-free. The portal includes the undertaking form as part of the checklist.
All submissions undergo blind peer review. Initial editorial screening is followed by review from subject experts. Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit their manuscript. Final decisions rest with the editorial team.
